Tides of Wonder Shipping Policy:

Thank you for bringing the wonder of stories into your home! Here is everything you need to know about how we package, ship and deliver your orders.

Mindful Shipping: To honor the natural rhythms of our earth and reduce environmental print waste, we operate a lean, low waste inventory model. Our featured monthly collection ships immediately. Our broader catalog is ordered on-demand just for your family. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your package to be mindfully wrapped and shipped from our home to yours. Thank you for supporting sustainable, indie bookselling!

Our Fulfillment Promise:

All orders are packed and processed with care within 3-5 business days. You will receive an automated email notification with your USPS tracking link as soon as your shipment leaves our facility.
Orders placed over the weekend or on major holidays will begin processing the following business days.

Shipping Rates & Carriers:

We ship all domestic orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS):

Standard Book Shipping: Standard shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight via Media Mail. Free shipping for orders over $50!
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): Orders containing non book items and for our activity wonder boxes will ship USPS priority mail based off package weight and destination.

Eco-Conscious Packaging:

We believe in nurturing both young minds and the environment. To minimize our footprint, all orders are packaged using recycled and fully recyclable materials whenever possible. Thank your for joining us in caring for our planet.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories (including APO/FPO addresses). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues:

Tracking: Once your package has shipped, click the tracking link in your confirmation email for live delivery updates.
Lost or Delated Packages: While we cannot control USPS transit delays once a package leaves our hands, please reach out to us if your tracking status hasn’t updated for more than 7 days.
Wrong Shipping Address: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately at hello@tidesofwonderbooks.com. Once a package has dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address.
